How it works

From junk car lead
to car in your yard.

1

A seller in your ZIPs finds Clunqr.

Online or by calling our phone lines. If they submit online, your instant pricing kicks in — you enter your numbers once, and sellers see a real bid from you in seconds.

2

The lead goes to you. Only you.

Phone calls get passed straight to you. Online submissions land in your dashboard the second they hit — name, number, vehicle, and offer. No other yard ever sees it.

3

You talk to the seller directly.

Speak with them, negotiate, and settle the final number yourself. If they accept your instant bid, the deal comes right to you. It’s your customer relationship, not a middleman’s.

4

You pick up the car. You pay us $100.

Your truck, your price. The fee posts when the car is picked up, and you settle your balance with one click. Cars you don’t get cost you nothing.

Exclusivity, made concrete

Your market means
your market.

We define your territory as a named list of ZIP codes — not a vague “metro area.” Every junk car lead in those ZIPs routes to you, whether the seller came from clunqr.com, our ad campaigns, or our phone lines.

We only ever partner with one yard per market, and while you hold it, we don’t onboard your competitors. Period.

This isn’t just junk car leads.
It’s the whole operation.

Sellers see a number in seconds, priced by your rules.

A branded customer portal

Sellers accept, upload their title, and schedule pickup online.

Texts from a local number

Every message to your sellers comes from your area code.

Pickup scheduling & dispatch

Time windows, driver texts, tap-to-confirm pickup links.

Automated follow-ups

Sellers get nudged to accept, schedule, and show up, so deals don’t go cold.

A live dashboard

Every lead, every status, every dollar in one place.

Platforms charge yards for software like this. With Exclusive, it’s just included — we only make money when you buy cars.
Once you’re closing

Prove it works,
and the price gets better.

Everyone starts on pay-per-car, where a junk car lead that goes nowhere costs you nothing. Close 3 or more cars out of every 10 and we can move you onto prepaid lead packs — where your cost per car drops the more you close, and there’s nothing to invoice.

Why 3 out of 10? Across the 1.5M+ junk car leads our team has generated, about 3 in 10 have ended in a purchased car — and yards that price competitively and work every lead through the system land between 3 and 4.5. We set the bar at the bottom of that range on purpose. It’s what the system already does, not a stretch.

Where every buyer starts

Pay per car

$100 per car you buy
  • You pay only when a car is in your yard
  • A lead that goes nowhere costs you $0
  • No subscription, no minimums, no lead fees
  • Everything below is included from day one
If you close…
3 cars out of 10 leads

Pay per car
$300
$100 each
vs
Lead pack
$300
$100 each

Same money either way — the pack just means one payment instead of 3 invoices.

Packs are an offer, never a requirement. Stay on pay-per-car as long as you like — plenty of yards do, and it costs them nothing when a lead goes cold.
What we ask

We take the risk on every
junk car lead. Here’s why that works.

We eat the cost of every junk car lead that doesn’t turn into a car. That’s only sustainable if the leads are genuinely being worked — so there are three things we hold buyers to.

1

A yard in good standing

Licensed, insured, and straight with sellers. We’re handing you our customers — how you treat them comes back on our name as much as yours.

2

You work your leads in the Clunqr system

Instant bidding, text follow-ups, and the messaging platform are what turn a lead into a car in your yard. It’s also how we know which cars you actually bought — so you’re never billed for one you didn’t get.

3

You keep the market active

Exclusivity means nobody else gets these sellers. That only works if they’re being worked. Leads answered quickly, cars closing at a healthy clip, and the market stays yours.

The system holds up its end.

Yards that price competitively and work every lead through instant bidding, texts and follow-ups land 3 to 4.5 cars out of every 10. That’s not a projection — it’s what the buyers already running leads through it do. When a yard lands well under that, it’s almost always one of two things: the pricing isn’t competitive enough to win the car, or nobody got back to the seller fast enough.

The two things we can’t do for you
  • Set your prices
  • Answer your phone

Everything else — the seller, the offer, the follow-up, the software — is on us.

None of this is fine print — it’s the deal. You work the leads properly, and we keep carrying the cost of the ones that don’t land.
Why sellers say yes

Sellers convert because
the experience is better.

They get a real price instantly — no “we’ll call you back”
They deal with one local yard, not five strangers calling at dinner
Their info is never auctioned or resold
Accepting, scheduling, and pickup all happen in one clean flow

“You’re not a fulfillment arm for a national middleman. You’re the local buyer — because you actually are.”

How billing works

You only pay for cars in your yard.
Here’s how we keep it honest.

The fee posts when the car is picked up

Confirmed by you in your dashboard or by the seller responding to our check-in.

Deal falls through? Seller ghosts? No fee. Ever.

If the car isn’t in your yard, you owe nothing — that lead was our risk, not yours.

An itemized ledger of every fee

See exactly which cars you’re paying for and settle by card with one click.

Something look wrong? Flag it.

Flag any fee for review — we check with the seller directly.

We take the risk on lead quality — a lead that goes nowhere costs you nothing. You take responsibility for working leads fast — markets stay exclusive while they’re closing.
Common questions

Everything you need to know.

I’m looking to buy junk car leads — is that what this is?
Sort of, and the difference is in your favor. You get exclusive junk car leads in your market, but you don’t buy them by the lead. You pay $100 only when a car actually ends up in your yard, so a lead that goes nowhere costs you nothing. Once you’re closing steadily, you can move to prepaid lead packs if you want to — but nobody starts there.
How much do junk car leads cost here?
Nothing up front. You pay $100 per car you buy, and $0 for every lead that doesn’t close. If you’d rather buy leads outright, buyers closing 3+ cars per 10 leads can switch to packs of 10 exclusive leads for $300 — that’s $30 a lead, prepaid.
Are these exclusive junk car leads, or shared?
Exclusive, always. One yard per market, and a lead we send you is never resold, shared, or dropped into an auction for other yards to bid on.
What counts as “a car I bought”?
Any vehicle you pick up from a seller we introduced — confirmed by you or by the seller. If it’s not in your yard, you owe nothing.
How do lead packs work, and how do I get offered one?
Once you’re consistently closing 3 or more cars out of every 10 leads, we can offer you a pack: 10 exclusive leads prepaid for $300. At 3 cars that’s the same $100 a car you’re already paying — the difference is one payment instead of a string of invoices. At 4 it starts costing you less per car. It’s optional, always.
Why not just start me on a pack?
Because you shouldn’t have to prepay for something you haven’t seen work yet. Start where a lead that goes nowhere costs you nothing. Once the cars are coming, you’ll know whether a pack makes sense for you — and so will we.
What if I’m slow one week — do I lose my market?
No. Exclusivity is a partnership: as long as leads are being worked and cars are closing at a healthy rate, the market is yours.
Why do I have to use the Clunqr system?
Two reasons, and both are in your favor. The instant bidding and automated follow-ups are what actually close these cars — sellers who don’t hear back go elsewhere within the hour. And it’s how we confirm which cars you picked up, so you’re never billed for one that didn’t happen.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes — your pricing rules generate the instant offers. You control your margins completely.
Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No subscription, no minimums. $100 per car bought, month to month.
What ZIPs would I get?
We map your territory together before you start — a defined ZIP list, in writing.
How fast do I get leads?
The moment a seller submits. You’ll get a push notification, and the seller has already seen your offer.
